At Reeta Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read this International Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
β The product is damaged
β The product is defective
β The product received is incorrect (wrong item, color, or size)
To be eligible for a return, you must:
π Submit your request within 48 hours of delivery
π Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
Requests without sufficient proof may be declined.
2. Customer-Initiated Returns
Returns due to:

π€ Change of mind
π€ Preference for another style/color
π€ Ordering error by the customer
Terms:
π¦ The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
π¦ The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import/export charges on the return shipment
π¦ Refunds will be issued after the returned item passes quality inspection
3. Returns Due to Seller Error
If you received:
β A wrong item, or
β A defective/damaged item
Reeta Fashion will:
π Cover the return shipping cost
π° Offer a full refund or a free replacement, based on your preference and stock availability
Note: Proof (photos/videos or an unboxing video) is required for approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
π« Customized or tailor-made products
π« Clearance or final-sale items
π« Items that are used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
π« Items returned without original tags or packaging
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved:
β³ Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
π³ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
β Any bank or payment gateway charges are non-refundable
6. International Orders — Customs & Taxes
For international shipments:
π Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are paid by the customer at delivery
π These charges are non-refundable, even if you return the item
7. Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
β Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
β Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Important Notes on Cancellation:

If cancelled within the allowed time, a full refund will be processed.

Customized, stitched, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
