Shipping Policy – Reeta Fashion

At Reeta Fashion, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and efficiently to customers across the globe. We work closely with trusted courier partners to ensure every order is carefully handled, properly packaged, and shipped in a timely manner. Our goal is to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience from the moment you place your order until it reaches your doorstep.

We encourage you to read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order, as it contains important information regarding delivery timelines, shipping charges, customs duties, and other essential terms that apply to your purchase.

Order Processing

Reeta Fashion strives to dispatch your order as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth shopping experience. For order verification, quality checks, and secure packaging, we generally require up to 48 hours. Processing time may vary during festive seasons, sale periods, and times of high order volume.

If your order is customised or stitched, or if the quantity ordered exceeds 10 pieces or is placed in bulk, additional processing time may be required. In such cases, we will contact you to keep you informed.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details, allowing you to track your delivery.

Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping:
Shipping is free of charge for all domestic orders.

International Shipping:
The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. The standard international shipping rate is USD 26 per kg. Please note that the final shipping cost may vary depending on the total order weight and quantity.

Delivery Time Period

Domestic Orders:
The standard delivery time is 5 to 8 business days.

International Orders:
Delivery typically takes 10 to 15 business days after dispatch from Reeta Fashion. Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that customised orders may take longer to reach your doorstep.

Transit Risk

Reeta Fashion ships all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If the courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss — the in-transit risk is borne entirely by us.

However, Reeta Fashion will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after the parcel has been marked as delivered to the customer’s address by the courier/postal agency.

Shipment and Tracking Details

You will receive an email/WhatsApp Message once your order has been handed over to the courier partner. This email will include:

  • Tracking number
  • Courier company details
  • Expected delivery date

You can also track your order through the Order Status page or by logging into the My Account section on our website.

Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier website.

If you notice any issue with your parcel delivery, please inform us within 24 hours.

If you have not received your product within 5 working days after receiving the tracking details, kindly track the shipment from your end or contact us if the tracking information is unclear.

For any delivery-related discrepancies, we will not be able to entertain complaints reported after 48 hours of delivery or 48 hours after the delivery confirmation email is sent.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Some courier companies charge penalties for incorrect shipping details (for example, when the address and zip code do not match). In such cases, the customer will bear any additional charges or penalties, not Reeta Fashion.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete while placing the order.

If reshipment is required due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges.
