Returns for this product are accepted only in case of defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item. You must raise a request within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Please note that customised or sale items are not eligible for return.

Once the return is approved and the product is received, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before dispatch; after dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
